These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern purchases made through the MIID online store at https://miidstore.com (the “Site”).
MIID means My Identity in Design. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Shipping Policy, Return & Exchange Policy and Privacy Policy.
Please review these Terms before placing an order.

The Site operates on the Shopify ecommerce platform.
Our products are currently fulfilled and shipped through our logistics partner in Shenzhen, China.
2. PRODUCTS
MIID creates clothing inspired by architecture, design and everyday life.
Product descriptions, materials, available sizes, colours, care instructions and prices are displayed on the relevant product pages.
We make reasonable efforts to represent our garments accurately. However, colours may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography and screen settings.
Garment measurements are provided as a sizing guide. Reasonable manufacturing variations may occur, but nothing in these Terms excludes your rights where an item does not conform to its description or applicable consumer guarantees.
Accessories or decorative items shown in campaign imagery are not included unless expressly stated.
3. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
To place an order, select your products, choose the available variants, provide your delivery information and complete payment at checkout.
You will receive an order confirmation by email.
We may contact you if an item becomes unavailable, a payment cannot be verified, or an order contains an obvious pricing or technical error.
If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will notify you and refund any payment received for the affected items.
We reserve the right to decline orders where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, comply with applicable law or address genuine stock or technical issues.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Product prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.
Shipping fees, discounts, and any taxes collected at checkout will be displayed before you confirm your order.
Available payment methods are shown during checkout and processed by Shopify-supported payment service providers.
MIID does not directly receive or store your complete payment card details.
Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be retrospectively repriced.
5. INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS
MIID ships internationally from China.
Depending on the destination, international orders may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, tariffs or other government charges.
Where MIID offers a shipping service confirmed as tax-paid, the applicable import charges covered by that service will be included in the price or shipping arrangement presented at checkout, and customers should not be required to pay those covered charges upon delivery.
If a destination requires additional charges to be paid by the recipient, this will be disclosed before the order is completed.
MIID does not intentionally dispatch an order using a recipient-paid shipping service where a tax-paid service was expressly promised at checkout.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are fulfilled from our logistics warehouse in Shenzhen, China.
We ship to the countries and regions enabled at checkout. Available destinations, shipping charges, and any estimated delivery times depend on the destination and shipping service.
Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days after payment verification, subject to product availability and warehouse operating days.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless expressly agreed.
Customs processing, carrier disruptions, public holidays or exceptional circumstances may affect delivery times.
For customers whose local laws provide mandatory delivery deadlines or remedies for non-delivery, those rights remain applicable.
Please ensure that your delivery address and contact information are complete and accurate.
If a parcel is delayed, lost or cannot be delivered, contact MIID so that we can investigate with our logistics partner.
The risk of accidental loss or damage remains with MIID until delivery where required by applicable consumer law.

7. RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
MIID offers a voluntary 14-day return window for eligible products, subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.
Customers in the European Union and United Kingdom also benefit from applicable statutory cancellation rights for eligible online purchases.
For voluntary returns, customers generally pay the return shipping costs to our warehouse in China, unless MIID agrees otherwise or applicable law requires MIID to bear those costs.
Where a refund is required, it will be processed to the original payment method in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy and applicable law.
Please contact MIID before sending a return so we can provide the correct warehouse and customs instructions.
8. EXCHANGES
Size or product exchanges are subject to availability.
For voluntary exchanges, return and replacement shipping fees may apply.
If an item is defective, incorrect or not as described, MIID will provide the remedies required by applicable consumer protection law.

9. ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
We will try to accommodate changes before the order is dispatched, but modifications may not be possible once processing has begun.
This does not affect any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights that apply to your purchase.
10. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
We aim to deliver products that match their descriptions and meet applicable quality standards.
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where available.
We will assess the problem and arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer guarantees or legal rights.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The MIID name, brand identity, product designs, photographs, graphics, website content and other creative materials are owned by MIID or used under appropriate rights or licences.
These materials may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without permission, except where permitted by law.
12. WEBSITE USE
You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent orders or use its content unlawfully.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the Site, our customers or our business.
13. LIABILITY
MIID is responsible for its obligations under the sales contract and applicable consumer protection laws.
We are not responsible for losses caused solely by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights.
14. PERSONAL DATA
Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Our Site uses Shopify and selected service providers to operate checkout, process payments, manage orders and arrange international delivery.
15. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer’s country or region of residence.
Where a dispute arises, please contact MIID first so we can attempt to resolve it directly.
Nothing in this section removes any mandatory right a consumer may have to bring proceedings before a competent court under applicable law.
16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Changes will be published on the Site and will not retroactively alter the terms of an already accepted purchase where doing so would be unlawful.
